The chimp

Commentary in the style of David Attenborough
The chimp shows his young friend how to get termites with a stick
He could charge a fee for teaching the young chimp how to get termites
For example three thousand termites per year for three years
He could patent the stick and claim a portion of all the termites collected
He could own the termites and charge for access
What a fool
How primitive
Chimps teach their young to use a stick to extract ants to eat
This learning is not withheld nor is there a fee of say 3,000 ants a year paid to the older generation
Nor is there a patent on the idea or the stick
In this respect it seems that chimps have a better society than human beings
Are there a few really fat chimps surrounded by skinny chimps, no they all get to eat termites and then sit about satisfied
Chimps are stupid
We have too many professionals, doctors and teachers who do this work as a vocation
There’s the problem, tey don’t understand the value of money
The best waty to teach them is to put them in debt for their education hthen they’ll work for money rather than vocation
It’s a joke
Of course it’s a joke, you don’t think anyone would organize a society like this in seriousness do you, the rulers of the world are having a good laugh
